Collection of Admission Documents

List of Documents Submitted to the Admissions Committee for Applicants Recommended for Study in the 2024-2025 Academic Year at the Almalyk Branch of TSTU named after Islam Karimov

Applicants must submit the following documents to the admissions committee of the higher educational institution:

Application: Indicating the field of study, language of instruction, and form of education (the application must specify whether the applicant has completed higher education or not, the foreign language for the test, the military recommendation number if applicable, the chosen second higher educational institution, the field of study, and acknowledgment of understanding the testing rules and proper completion of answer sheets).
Original Education Certificates:

Document of completion of general secondary education (11th grade) or
Document of completion of secondary specialized or professional educational institution along with the attached transcript.

Copies of Passport: 6 copies (birth certificate for those under 16 years of age).
Photographs: 6 color photos, 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size.
Original Document Granting Admission Rights: As per legislation.
Additional Documents for Specific Categories:

Orphans and visually impaired individuals fully supported by the state must provide documents confirming their status.
Orphans fully supported by the state include children up to 18 years old who have received education, live, and are raised in “children’s homes” with both parents deceased or declared dead by court decision.

Document Folder: 1 piece.
Envelope: 1 piece.

The application form is determined by the higher educational institution.
