On September 13, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation K. Sharipov visited the engineering school in the city of Almalyk and got acquainted with the work being carried out.
We got acquainted with the joint activities of the Engineering School with higher education, research work carried out by the teaching staff of the Almalyk branch of TSTU in the chemical laboratory, training programs on production automation, as well as other various equipment.
The focus was also on advanced teaching methods in the engineering school, working to provide students with modern methods and technologies. Separately, the possibilities of linking students’ theoretical knowledge with practice in the learning process were touched upon.
The minister talked with the teaching staff of the Almalyk branch of TSTU, listened to their opinion on the topics of ongoing research work and the efficiency that this work brings to the production process. Innovative projects in the engineering school and future plans for technology development were also described in detail.
