In the memorial complex “Shon-sharaf”

The teaching staff of the Almalyk branch of TSTU visited the memorial complex “Victory Park” and the State Museum “Glory” in honor of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, which is celebrated on January 14.

A trip to the complex and museum, which serves to demonstrate the courage and resilience of our people during the war, as well as to educate the younger generation in the spirit of devotion to the Motherland, made a deep impression.

During the trip, members of the team examined the entrance part of the “Victory Park”, with a total area of ​​14.6 hectares, divided into 12 symbolic zones, pictures of war, the central boulevard, the military equipment area, the railway station, the rear area, the amphitheater and the administrative building, the mourning zone and sadness, a zone of joy and fun, a victory zone, the State Museum “Glory” and a gratitude zone.

They also saw exhibitions dedicated to the war and its consequences, military landscapes, including trenches and dugouts, tents, field kitchens and other scenes, military equipment and weapons of that time, the courage and dedication of the Uzbek people at the front and in the rear, their hard work , as well as their enormous contribution to achieving the great victory.
