In order to ensure the implementation of the objectives of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 222 of April 19, 2021, the Agency for Innovative Development under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation under the Academic Mobility program selected and financed projects of 13 young scientists.
In particular, at the laboratory base of the Almalyk branch of TSTU, under the guidance of Doctor of Sciences, Associate Professor Sarvar Parmanov, a project is being implemented by the Head of the “Mechanical Engineering” Department of Namangan State Technical University, Doctor of Sciences, Associate Professor Mamasidik Ubaydullaev, on the topic: “Development of a technology for producing carbon-graphite materials for the electrical and metallurgical industries based on local raw materials.” The program lasts for six months and is aimed at developing a technology for producing carbon-graphite materials for the electrical and metallurgical industries.
