Traditional creative festival in honor of the poet

The traditional creative festival “E, VOH”, dedicated to the work of the Hero of Uzbekistan, People’s Poet of Uzbekistan Erkin Vokhidov, was held in Bustanlyk district of Tashkent region.

The poetry festival “E, VOH”, which was held for the first time last year, is planned to be held in the traditional format.

As part of the festival dedicated to the poet’s work, a grand opening of a bronze statue created by Jasvant Annazarov took place.

The festival program included poems by the poet, songs, performances by students of the Erkin Vokhidov Creative School, the evening “Nazm va navo”, as well as a chess tournament. Students of the Almalyk branch of TSTU also took an active part in the festival.
