For the 2025/2026 academic year, applications for transferring students to state higher education institutions have been opened in Uzbekistan (https://t.me/uzauz/16541). Documents can be submitted online through special electronic platforms.

Applications are accepted through:

website transfer.edu.uz – for transfer from one state university to another, as well as within one university for valid reasons;

website my.uzbmb.uz – for transfer from foreign and non-state universities to state universities of Uzbekistan in similar or related fields.

Applications will be accepted until August 5, 2025 inclusive.

Who is eligible for transfer without exams?

Students may transfer between state universities without exams if:

➖ They are married and wish to study in the region where their spouse has permanent residence;

➖ Their parent or spouse has been relocated for work and the student has received an official recommendation from the relevant ministry.

Who is required to take an exam to transfer?

➖ Students currently studying abroad;

➖ Students enrolled in private universities.
