For the 2025/2026 academic year, online registration for applicants pursuing a second or subsequent higher education degree is available through the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation’s Unified Education Services Portal — my.edu.uz — until August 10 of this year.

On the platform, candidates:

enter their passport details and personal identification number (JSHSHIR);
upload electronic copies of their diploma and transcript;
select the higher education institution and the desired field of study.

Second and subsequent higher education programs are offered on a paid (contract) basis.

For your information: admission quotas for second and subsequent higher education are determined by the Academic Council of the respective higher education institution, taking into account its scientific-pedagogical potential and material-technical resources.
