With the participation of Associate Professor of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU), PhD in Technical Sciences, Yuri Anatolyevich Gladkov, open lectures are being held for undergraduate students of the “Technological Machines and Equipment” department on the topic “Computer Modeling of Metal Forming Processes” via the ZOOM platform.
During the sessions, both theoretical and practical skills are developed in the preliminary determination of stresses arising during metal rolling, as well as in resolving adverse situations. Technological processes are also simulated using modern computers and the QForm software.
The sessions are aimed at reinforcing students’ practical knowledge and skills, as well as familiarizing them with international experience in this field.
