Student reporting and election meeting held

At the Almalyk State Technical Institute, a reporting and election meeting of the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan was held, along with the election of the new youth leader.

Three candidates — B. Makhmudov, A. Shirinboev, and Sh. Turdaliyev — participated in the elections, each presenting their own program. At the end of the event, all students cast their votes in an open ballot for the candidate they trusted the most.

The jury members and the counting commission tallied the votes cast for each candidate. According to the final results, out of 54 students who took part in the voting:

• 33 voted for B. Makhmudov
• 13 voted for A. Shirinboev
• 6 voted for Sh. Turdaliyev
  
• One ballot was declared invalid.

Based on the voting results, the candidacy of B. Makhmudov was approved, and he was elected as the youth leader for the new academic year.
