Yesterday, the Tashkent regional stage of the sports competition “Olympiad of Five Initiatives” among students of higher educational institutions took place at the State University of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan. In this competition, in which more than 400 students from 11 teams of universities took part, students competed in volleyball, streetball, mini -football, table tennis and athletics.

Students of the Almalyk branch of TSTU also took an active part in this Olympiad. The Almalyk branch of TSTU mini-football team took an honorable 2nd place.

The organizers presented diplomas and memorable gifts to the winners and prize-winners.
