According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 10, 2025, “On the approval of the Regulation on the procedure for awarding and redistributing grants to students in higher education institutions”, the procedure for redistributing government grants has been established.
First-year undergraduate and graduate (master’s) students studying in full-time programs during the 2024/2025 academic year are eligible to participate in the educational grant competition.
Applicants must submit their applications by registering online through the kontrakt.edu.uz electronic platform.
Applicants are required to have a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the current academic year.

Online registration will remain open until July 20 of this year (inclusive).
Students who do not register, apply after July 20, or are recipients of social-incentive grants will not be eligible to participate in the grant competition.
