The acceptance of applications for the transfer of students between state higher education institutions, as well as from foreign and non-governmental institutions, has begun.

Applications are accepted from July 15 to August 5 through the platforms transfer.edu.uz (between state higher education institutions) and my.uzbmb.uz (from foreign and non-governmental higher education institutions).

A transfer from one state higher education institution to another is allowed only in two cases:

when a student applies for a transfer to the higher education institution in the region where their spouse permanently resides due to marriage;

if an employee of a state body changes their place of work, their spouse or minor child can apply for a transfer based on the recommendation of the head of the relevant ministry (department).
