In the era of globalization, ensuring economic independence and supporting national producers have become increasingly important. The rational optimization of imports allows for the efficient use of domestic resources and increases the share of locally produced goods.
The Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade, in cooperation with the Customs Committee, organized an exhibition on the theme “Import Optimization to Increase the Share of Local Content.” Professor D. Kholikulov and research intern A. Toshpulatov from Almalyk State Technical Institute participated in the exhibition.
During the panel session dedicated to import optimization in industrial sectors and the development of local industry, Professor D. Kholikulov’s presentation on “Opportunities for Reducing Import Volumes through the Development of the National Metallurgical Industry” attracted great interest.
