Playing chess enhances a person’s thinking abilities and creativity. Developing unique strategies, anticipating your opponent’s moves, and making quick decisions while playing are all fun and challenging aspects of chess.
Chess is not only a sport, but also a game that tests people’s intelligence, patience and ability to think logically. For this purpose, a chess Olympiad was organized at the mining faculty, in which our elderly compatriots also took part. Educational hours on the theme “Light for the Elderly and Families” were associated with chess competitions.
