Job Responsibilities of the Head of the “Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment” Department

Communication of Ministerial Documents: Timely dissemination of documents and directives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations regarding spiritual and educational upbringing to the university community and ensuring the implementation of the tasks contained therein.
Coordination and Control: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the vice-deans of faculties responsible for spiritual and moral education and public councils.
Library Oversight: Monitor the spiritual and educational life of the library.
Support for the Information Group: Create favorable conditions for the “Information Group.”
Proposal Development: Develop proposals and recommendations for improving the activities of the Mentors’ Council.
Collaboration with Organizations: Maintain close cooperation with the Youth Union, the Women’s Council, and various public movements and structures.
Organization of Clubs and Meetings: Organize clubs, associations, and meetings to support spiritual and educational activities and talented youth, and coordinate and control their activities.
Community Engagement: Ensure broad participation of staff and students in branch-wide events, community service, and beautification projects.
Dissemination of Presidential and Government Decrees: Communicate the content of the decrees and resolutions of the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to students.
Identification and Development of Talented Students: Identify talented students, organize their targeted training according to their field, and develop comprehensive programs to enhance their activities.
Student Scientific Society: Organize and develop the activities of the student scientific society.
Identification of Intellectual Potential: Periodically identify the intellectual potential of talented youth.
Research Participation: Ensure the continuous participation of talented youth in research activities and clubs established within the departments.
Republican Youth Olympiad: Organize the quality execution of the initial and final stages of the Republican Youth Olympiad in special disciplines conducted at the university.
Recommendations for Overseas Studies: Recommend talented students for study in foreign educational institutions and scientific centers.
Encouragement of Academic Excellence: Encourage talented youth with high academic performance and active participation in research activities.
