AB TSTU psychologist M. Yulchieva and the group tutor organized a psychological training “I am a happy student” with 1st year students of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Chemical Technologies.
During the meeting, tests were carried out to form a socio-psychological passport of students, and a complete understanding of temperament and personality traits was given.
The purpose of this training is to provide general recommendations on forming positive relationships, improving mental state, reducing aggression, managing emotions, and willpower. Students actively participated in the lesson; the training was useful and meaningful.
