According to the annex of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to implement the Strategy for Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024–2025,” the task of actively involving scientific personnel with high research potential in solving pressing industrial problems has been set.
To fulfill this task, practical work was carried out at the Almalyk branch of Tashkent State Technical University with the participation of A. Yusupov, Deputy Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, R. Tashmatov, Head of the Department of Technological Machines and Equipment, and B. Saydumarov, Associate Professor of the Department of Metal Technology at TSTU.
In particular, the problems related to the topic “Optimization of heat treatment regimes to increase the strength of 120 mm diameter balls and ensure uniform hardness across the cross-section” were analyzed.
As part of the research, the technological regulations for producing 120 mm steel balls and the analytical results conducted by the enterprise were thoroughly studied.
