A professional development course on the topic “Pedagogical Technologies and Teaching Excellence” was organized for faculty members of higher education institutions.

The first stage of the course is held at the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Personnel in the Higher Education System, while the second stage takes place at prestigious universities in Finland and Sweden.

Currently, lecturers from the Almalyk Branch of Tashkent State Technical University are participating in the course organized in Finland. They delivered lectures on the following topics:

– Shukhrat Zaripovich Raikhonov — “Management and Marketing in Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan”
– Yulchi Yusupovich Shoimov — “Educational Technologies and Digitalization in Higher Education”
– Rano Erkinzhonovna Toshkodirova — “Organization of Research Activities in Higher Education”
– Dildora Bakhtiyarovna Sulaimonova — “Teaching and Assessment of Foreign Languages in Higher Education”

This international exchange of experience contributes to enhancing the professional capacity of participants and the adoption of advanced pedagogical technologies.
