Today, the first Council meeting of the Almalyk Branch of the Tashkent State Technical University for the 2025–2026 academic year took place.

At the beginning of the meeting, Sh. Hakimov and M. Hakimova, representatives of the Department of Social-Humanitarian Sciences and Languages, were awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) diplomas in Pedagogical Sciences in recognition of their contribution to enhancing the scientific potential of the branch.

Following this, the Council proceeded with the agenda items. The composition of the Council was re-approved, and the Director of the branch, Professor A. Samadov, expressed his views on the issues raised during the Presidential selector meeting.

The Council also reviewed reports on preparations for the new 2025/2026 academic year, discussed changes in the organizational structure of higher education institutions in the republic, addressed appeals received by the Almalyk Branch of TSTU, the implementation of official orders, and other matters, upon which appropriate decisions were made.
