One of the projects implemented in the Almalyk branch of TSTU is the event “School where the student studied”, which is organized in the school where the student who achieved certain success in his studies studied. One of such events was held by the Faculty of Metallurgy and Chemical Technology of the Almalyk branch of TSTU.
Sevinch Darkhonova, a former student of comprehensive school No. 13 in the Tut makhalla of the Akhangaran district, is currently a 3rd-year student of the Chemical Technologies department at the TSTU Faculty of Arts. Sevinch’s greatest achievement as a student in the higher education system is that she became the recipient of the Beruni state scholarship in the 2024-2025 academic year.
The event was attended by the school staff, students and family members of S. Darkhonova. The faculty management presented the school with a set of books. The representative of the faculty women’s council and scientific supervisor of Sevinch PhD N. Kuchkarova was responsible for organizing the event.
