Students in need of social protection. These include:
* Disabled persons (I and II groups, disabled from childhood)
* Social orphans (having no parents or left without parental care)
* Included in the lists “Iron Notebook”, “Women’s Notebook”, “Youth Notebook”
* Children from low-income families, children from families in need of help
* Students with difficult family circumstances (for example, children of a single mother, from a large family, from an unemployed family)
If these students were admitted on a state grant, even if their grades decline or they incur academic debt, the grant will be maintained until they graduate.
This was introduced to prevent their exclusion from education and to ensure social stability.
