Within the framework of the “Academic Mobility” program

Within the framework of the Academic Mobility program, associate professors of the Department of Chemical Technology of the Almalyk branch of TSTU G. Yusupova and N. Kuchkarova, together with research fellows of the Department of Chemical Technology of Urgench State University, actively collaborated in scientific and innovative areas.

During the meeting, they became familiar with technologies for extracting Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ from kaolin and scientific experiments on deep oil purification, and exchanged experiences.

They also visited the Khodjakul kaolin deposit and the Warif China LLC enterprise located in the Sultan-Uvays mountain range in the Amu Darya region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and studied the technologies for the extraction and processing of enriched kaolin, quartz and other types.

During the negotiations, an exchange of scientific opinions took place on the composition of kaolin required for catalysts and adsorbents, and an agreement was reached on long-term cooperation with the university.
