Department of electromechanics

History of the department:

In accordance with the decision of the Council No. 1 dated 09/04/2020 of the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent State Technical University 01/9-05-137 of the director of the Almalyk branch dated 04/17/2021, the department of “Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics” was separated from the department of “Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics”. Rismukhamedov Dauletbek Amanovich was appointed head of the Department of Mining Electromechanics.

1. In 2021-2023, the department was headed by D.A. Rismukhamedov, Associate Professor of the Department of Mining Electromechanics.

2. From 2023 to the present, Shoyimov Y.Yu. has been working as the head of the department.

Since 2017, the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov has been created. Currently, the department has 11 full-time professors.

At this time, the main staff includes PhD Shoimov Yu., senior teacher Rozmetov Kh., Matkasimova Sh.Sh., Togaev A.
