The regional stage of the competition “Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek” was held

Earlier, a republican competition “Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek” was announced, which is held with the aim of identifying talented youth. The regional stage of the competition was held yesterday.

The winners of the regional stage of the republican competition “Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek”, held in the Akhangaran region, the cities of Akhangaran and Almalyk, have been determined. It is noteworthy that among the winners were students of the Almalyk branch of TSTU, who received a referral to the regional stage.

In particular, Bekhzod Abdurafikov, Temirali Sadykov, Khusanova Iroda, Dilnavoz Zhadilova, Durdona Tursunbaeva, Diyorbek Tursunsaidov, Farangiz Mirusmonova took an active part and were sent to the next stage of the competition.

Also, the head of the youth academy of the Almalyk branch of TSTU Karimov Begzod, the youth leader of the Faculty of Energy and Mechanical Engineering Ferishtabonu Abdukarimova, the youth leader of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Chemical Technologies Khairullo Hotamov and the youth leader of the Faculty of Mining Asadbek Yunusov participated in the competition as observers and got acquainted with the projects.

At the same time, the head of the Department of Chemistry and Physics, Rustamjon Mirakhmedov, and the head of the department for organizing research activities of gifted students, Noila Anorboeva, took part in the competition as the chairman of the jury.
