It is known that the city of Samarkand has long been recognized as a particularly remarkable place on earth. Samarkand has long been a world-famous city with its unique beauty, wonderful weather, sweet water and delicious bread. Based on the decision of UNESCO, Samarkand was declared a museum city. Currently, this city has turned into a real historical museum city.
On June 9, 2024, a trip of 40 employees and students of the Almalyk branch of the Islam Karimov TSTU to Samarkand took place as part of the development of domestic tourism.
During the trip, travelers received wonderful impressions of the ancient history of Samarkand and the creative complexes built during the years of independence. Historical monuments such as the mausoleum of Guri Amir, Registan Square, the Bibihanim Mosque, as well as the mausoleum of Islam Karimov and Shahi Zinda won the hearts of students with their rich history, ornaments and decorations.
The team returned from the trip with wonderful impressions of Samarkand.
